Q: I placed a non refundable deposit, but life happened and I can no longer get the puppy within the timeframe expected. Do I get anything back?

A: There are no refunds on deposits. If you change your mind for any reason, you will have only two options. You may apply your deposit towards a future litter of your choice. Or, if there are puppies left that are not accounted for after 9 weeks, you will have the option to pick from the last puppies available. If all puppies are spoken for then your deposit may only be applied to a future litter.

Please plan your budget accordingly. The timeline from pregnancy confirmation, all the way up until the puppies will be ready to go home, is approximately 3 months.

 

Q: Do you accept payment plans?

A: Payment options are listed in the checkout options on this website. Please know that everyone will not automatically be approved and these payment options may determine your eligibility based off of your credit. If you are approved on a certain site for a certain amount and would like to split the payments with another form, you are welcome to. Please let me know so that I can send you separate invoices. You are welcome to pay your deposit with these companies as well. We will not accept payment plans outside of these companies. No exceptions.

 

Q: How can my deposit be paid?

A: Deposits are to be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, through our website or on GoodDog. Note that my website charges a 6% + .30 fee so deposit if paid online, your total deposit fee will be $530.30​

 

Q: Can we view the puppies in person?

A: Due to the health and safety concerns for our puppies, our home is not open to the public. We take health precautions very serious and that can bring in unwanted sickness and illnesses to unvaccinated puppies with vulnerable immune systems.

You will be able to video chat/facetime us to see the puppies, and once you pick your puppy, you will be able to schedule video chats any day until pickup.
